Welcome to Holiday Isle

Waterfront luxury and privacy adjacent to Destin's excitement and amenities

Many people are attracted to the Destin area for its exciting attractions, delicious food, and upscale shopping. Still, sometimes it's nice to have a quiet slice of island paradise all to yourself. If this appeals to you, Holiday Isle is worth your notice.

With its aquamarine shoreline, easy access to Destin, and large, luxurious waterfront parcels, Holiday Isle is ideal for those who love to balance tropical adventure with peaceful solitude. This is a popular spot for boaters who require deep water moorings—often on their own property—and those who want to enjoy a walkable neighborhood set on a gorgeous barrier island. If you prefer a cozier, low-maintenance home, Holiday Isle has several condominium communities with friendly residents and spectacular views.

What to Love

  • Quiet, private living
  • Fantastic views of the Gulf and the lights of Destin
  • Easy access to the mainland and all its amenities
  • Large waterfront estates and low-maintenance condos
  • Ideal for those who enjoy yachting

Local Lifestyle

You get the best of everything here. Holiday Isle is a luxurious and relaxed beach retreat adjacent and in contrast to Destin's upbeat, casual, adventurous vibe. Here you can enjoy pristine beaches and sparkling, clear water. When everything is right outside your door, you can sneak a swim in the morning or a sunset boat ride to balance your workday.

While waterfront properties with private moorings offer solitude, those who want more socialization and neighborhood interaction can choose from several amenity-rich condominium communities on Holiday Isle.

Dining, Entertainment, & Shopping

There are several restaurants within walking distance of most Holiday Isle homes, most notably Louisiana Lagniappe. Here, you'll enjoy spectacular sunsets and harbor views while dining on the most delicious Southern seafood dishes in the Destin area. While Louisiana Lagniappe is upscale, it's still a casual dining establishment, but not so much as Rick's Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill, the go-to place when you need a break from beachcombing or boogie boarding. Here, the burgers, hot dogs, and blackened fish of the day are all delicious, but it's a cash-only snack bar-style joint, so plan accordingly.

Enjoy entertainment with your dinner at Bric à Brac, the place to go for a lively evening that matches delicious American cuisine with dancing, live music, and even karaoke. Bring your kids, as there are toys and a special in-restaurant scavenger hunt to keep them engaged.

There isn't much shopping on Holiday Isle, though you can outfit your kitchen with gourmet pantry items when you stop by The Local Market for a bite. They have truly delightful sandwiches.

Things to Do

While you can golf, hang out at an amusement park, shop until you drop, and experience a vibrant nightlife in Destin, there's little to do on Holiday Isle, and that's by design. Entertain at your new home, motor around on your boat, or stroll along the beach looking for seashells. Norriego Point is known for its powder-white sand and excellent snorkeling, as are Spur and Destin East Jetties.
